The paper is devoted to discussion of the technology of identification, specification and visualization of the horizontal relations between essences is considered, the information about which contains in set of documents, and also between documents, which are the constituent of complex documents. One of key elements of this technology is the development of information model of the relations and subject links between documents of the system permitting to store the information in the single copy, installing in the necessary cases of the relation "many-to-many". The information model of horizontal relations between documents is considered on the basis of the binary relations with additional attributes.
