Non-stationary three-dimensional computation model of radiation-convection heat\linebreak transfer in magnetogasdynamics flows with large gradients of physical parameters is introduced. The model is based on solution of equations of compressible, heat-conducting, inviscid gas dynamics combined with the system of equations of electrodynamics and equations of radiative transport. Modeling of a process of the MHD interaction between conducting layer with electric current and the gas flow revealed that a vortex-type flow is developed in a channel. Evolution of the Rayleigh - Taylor hydrodynamic instability is the cause of a partition of the current layer into two or more parts.
